New Product Returns during 100 Day Trial

FREE RETURN SHIPPING IN USA & CANADA OVER $248
We think you’ll keep it. But if not, you can return it during the 100 Day Trial for a 100% refund. As long as the SaunaSpace® Product is still in “like new condition” we will refund the purchase price. If you roughed it up a bit, that’s okay. We may deduct a proportional amount from the refund to cover the cost of repair of the damaged component.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS IN USA & CANADA
New Product return ship cost is equivalent to the actual cost to return-ship. You may return the goods on your own via an insured, trackable carrier method and we will refund the value of the items returned, as per our 100 Day Trial Policy Rules listed below. You can also follow the steps below under “3 easy steps to return your items” if you wish us to issue you pre-paid FedEx return ship labels. We will deduct the return ship cost incurred from the refund.

RETURN SHIP FEE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (EXCLUDING CANADA)
Equivalent to the actual cost to return-ship. If you fail to pay customs and/or refuse delivery such that your shipment is returned to us, your order’s shipping fee will not be refunded.


Refurbished Product Sales, Notification & Return Policy

Starting next week (9/30/2019), we will change how we offer Refurbished Product (RP) inventory. We will still put folks on our Refurbished Product Waiting List upon request via email, phone or chat. Everyone on the RP Waiting List gets 1st dibs.

Refurbished Product Sales Notification Process

When RP inventory becomes available:

  1. We will send email notification to the RP Waiting List.
  2. You have 72 hours from receipt of this notification to respond via email confirming that you want the available RP and are ready to pay now.
  3. Once you confirm, we will email you an invoice for the RP and you will have 48 hours to pay this invoice.
  4. If no one from the RP waiting list wants it or if the respondent doesn’t pay the invoice within 48 hours, we will publish the RP on saunaspace.com for the general public to purchase.

Refurbished Product Sale & Return Policy

  • Refurbished Product (RP) is non-returnable and non-refundable. ALL REFURBISHED PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.
  • RP is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
  • Only available to Buyers with Shipping Destination in continental USA. Only available in 120v.
  • Our Shipping Cost is the same as it is for new product sales; free in the USA.
  • ThermaLight™ bulbs are not included with RP. Standard 120v heat lamp bulb(s) will be included.

3 Easy Steps to Return Your Items

1. Email us to sales@saunaspace.com, describing:

  • reason for return/exchange
  • desired return method, DROP-OFF or PICKUP

Indicate your desired pickup date and time window at least 24 hours ahead of scheduled pickup date. Time window must be minimum 4 hrs and within business hours 8am – 6pm local time.

2. You will receive an email from us within 1-2 business day containing re-packing & shipping instructions and pre-paid FEDEX labels for your return.

3. Once your returned items are received at our shop, they will be inspected, re-inventoried and appropriate refund issued within 1-5 business days.

 

100 Day Trial Return Policy Rules

  • Claims for items missing or damaged in transit must be received within five (5) business days of receipt of product.
  • You may either exchange the product for the same product or receive a refund for amount of the purchased product. Refunds on returned products will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at time of sale. Payments made by credit card will be reimbursed to your account after we receive and inspect the item. Please allow 7-14 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • All returned or exchanged items must be in “like-new” condition, in their original shipping carton, and must include all packing material and all parts. Products must be undamaged, unmarred, and unstained.
  • Goods will be inspected upon return. Identified damages due to user abuse may result in proportional reduction of refund amount.
  • Please take care to re-pack items exactly as received and according to the emailed re-packing instructions in order to avoid damage during return shipping. Damage due to poorly packed items are not covered by the included shipping insurance and will be deducted from refund.
  • SaunaSpace® is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • SaunaSpace® is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any product bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the product only.
  • For international orders, you are required to pay appropriate duties, customs fees and broker fees before final delivery of your shipment. If you fail to pay these additional taxes and fees and/or you refuse delivery such that your shipment is returned to us, your order’s shipping fee will not be refunded.

What About Warrantied Repairs?

All our SaunaSpace® Products are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under individual consumer use, as per our Lifetime Warranty.

You pay shipping cost to ship the product to be repaired back to us if your shipping address is in USA or Canada and we cover cost to ship back to you (after the 100 Day Trial ends). If your shipping address is outside USA and Canada, you pay cost to ship your product both ways.

If you don’t have your original packaging we can ship you replacement shipment packaging for a fee as described below. We will send you an invoice to pay and you must pre-pay before shipping the to-be-repaired product back to us. 

Replacement Packaging Fees

  • Sauna Packaging = $50
  • Tungsten Packaging = $40
  • Photon Packaging = $25

If you would like, we can quote and invoice you for the return shipping cost and then provide you pre-paid Fedex Return Ship Labels.

5-10 business days will be required for repair or replacement before your repaired product or replacement product is shipped out to you. All repaired or replacement products will be shipped by ground courier service and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipment is in transport.

At our discretion, we may ship out a replacement part in lieu of return-repair. In this case, you pay ship cost to mail the replacement part to you.

What About Non-Warrantied Repairs?

Rest assured that our Handmade Products are built with strict quality controls and will last a lifetime if properly taken care of according to the Product’s Operation Manual.

For non-warranted repairs, you pay shipping cost both ways, to us and back to you.
